aandelentracker is a personal portfolio tracking tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. All information displayed is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Data you provide

You may enter transaction data, holdings, and other financial information into the app. You retain ownership of your data. We store it in order to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it is handled.

4. Data accuracy

Live price quotes, FX rates, and news data are sourced from third-party providers (Finnhub, Yahoo Finance). We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness. Do not rely on this data for trading decisions.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your transaction data, holdings, and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Limitation of liability

aandelentracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
